Who We Are
Coaching and Training
Unleashed coaching and training is led by Dave Kashen. Dave has spent the last five years partnering with CEOs and executive teams of the most promising, fast-growing, venture-funded technology startups to help them build successful companies with strong, aligned cultures that bring out the best in their people. Prior to founding Unleashed, Dave co-founded Wellsphere, a fast-growing online health company (acquired by The HealthCentral Network), worked as an investment associate for SPO Partners, and an investment banker for Goldman Sachs. Dave earned his MBA from Stanford University, his coaching certification at The Coaches Training Institute and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School. He also writes the awesome culture blog.
Dave is known for his commitment to helping startup teams realize their potential, his warmth and thoughtfulness, and his ability to help clients shift their mindsets and understand the key levers to achieving breakthrough results.
